I started this day with a sweaty workout, care of Hip Hop Abs. My favorite routine is the Abs Sculpt. I also like doing the Fat Burning Cardio, but I don’t want my now-flabby-body to get excited by doing this routine though. Then, I spend the rest of the afternoon in front of my computer. upgrading my WordPress: from 2.7.1 to 3.0.1. The new version is impressive, and I like it so much, upgrade now! I also checked some latest WordPress themes and found this cool theme: Furvious. It’s for free! I tested it here, and I’m liking it so much, but I have to fix some little problems before I totally use it. The Bibi is so busy, and the Laarnaay is fed up with my unending wp upgrading questions. Poor me.
But, NO! Lucky me, I have here a Korean instant noodle, SUPER hot and spicy! HIHIHI.
I have an upcoming website, and I’m very excited with this one. I just bought the domain name last night. Lots of brainstorming happened prior to the purchase, and I’m very happy with the outcome. If there’s a blog site I want for the rest of my life, this would be it. But of course, Minolah.com will always have a special place in my heart
I will do my best to maintain these two sites, please wish me luck
Aside from the Lord’s undying love, these cute little things keep me on track:

It’s not Cara, the Mord’sith, but Stickies!

Success stories
This morning, I wasn’t able to go to church so I just watched a live TV Mass at Studio 23. The homily was about the life of a celebrity turned politician. The priest doesn’t know him personally, but he just feels that it was worth sharing. This politician had gone through a lot of hardships in life. He lived in Tondo, Manila, and belonged to a poor family, and worst they are not the legal family of his father. As young as 10 years old, he’s already helping his mother by going house-to-house while pushing a cart, collecting old newspapers and used bottles and other junks. He also tried the job of a garbage collector. And then, his life was totally changed when he got himself a break in show business after a talent scout discovered him in a funeral he attended. I guess, he’s not that unfortunate, he’s very lucky to have good looks

Jack the Silver Arowana
We have a new fish! His name is Jack, derived from Michael Jackson
My sister wants Jackson, and I secretly want it Hayden, but mom wants it shorter, so Jack, lol
And we actually don’t know if Jack is really a male fish

He gave me a hard time taking his pictures, he’s still very shy with humans and I have to hide just to not scare him away. Our first arowana was very friendly though.
*hugs Jack*
Missing In Action
I have been very busy with my life a couple of weeks ago and forgot to blog :dizzy: And now, I’m back but not really because I can’t think of anything to say :dizzy: But I have to blog, because there are lots of things happening and I’m not catching up. So what’s happening in the real world lately? MANY!
I feel relieved that things are getting smoother now. Life is smiling with me again
Just when I thought things are getting worse, a spark of hope finally comes and gave me strength
Thank God, my father is with us again, I’m starting to crumble.
And here’s another one who keeps me sane and happy..

My favorite picture in Boracay! Have to sleep now, goodnight everyone, don’t forget to say your prayers!
Wisdom Hurts Part 2
:-S :dizzy:
My wisdom tooth is gone forever! Thank God
And thanks to my beautiful and great dentist, Irish Jean Lim-Cagatao, D.M.D.
Also to her assistant dentist but I didn’t get her name. I gave them a hard time removing my tooth, it was huge and it has three roots! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU
I highly recommend their clinic, they have good facilities and warmhearted dentists
You can always visit them at:
Lim Dental & Orthodontic Clinic
No. 04 Pacita Ave. Pacita Complex 1, San Pedro, Laguna
Irish Jean Lim-Cagatao, D.M.D.
Clinic hours: Monday to Sunday
8:00AM – 12:00NN
1:00PM – 6:00PM
And btw, the dentist prescribed a different pain reliever for me, Arcoxia, it has an active ingredient etoricoxib. It costs Php73 each
The medicine gave me mild eye-puffiness, I guess I’m also allergic to it, but the puffiness only lasted 30 mins, it’s much hypoallergenic compared to ibuprofen and mefenamic acid.
As to my other wisdom tooth, I’m having second thoughts, maybe next year again, or never
Wisdom hurts
I got no work today because it’s Philippine Independence Day, yihaa.
This afternoon, my mother and I went to the dentist because my right wisdom tooth is killing me
I have two wisdom teeth, left and right lower molars. The X-ray machine was so cool, I was imagining it’s just like a photocopying machine though and you’ll just stick your face
But they have a Panoramic X-ray, it circles around your head. Yeah it moves!

Look at those two evil molars, they push those poor innocent teeth, I will crush every bit of you

Tomorrow, I’m scheduled for a surgery, my right wisdom tooth will be removed. I’m not scared with the surgery but I’m more concerned on what will happen to me after, because I’m allergic to Ibuprofen and Mefenamic Acid :-S I can’t take pain relievers with these ingredients. But the dentist told me to just take Paracetamol. Goodluck :dizzy:
Lazy Sunday
Thank God it didn’t rain today, it’s been raining everyday since last week. I’ve been very lazy today, I just watched Troy, Brad Pitt as Achilles. The movie was long and how I wish the Trojans won the war
It’s just insane to think that the Trojan War was started just because of a woman :dizzy: Helen of Troy is definitely “the face that launched a thousand ships” Literally! I finally got to understand this phrase, lol. If you can’t understand what I’m saying here, watch the movie
Aside from watching Troy, I did some cross-stitching the whole afternoon. I’m still far from 50% of the cloth. It’s a 20×12 inches frame with 280×168 stitches. It’s really big and you’ve got to do a lot of strategic stitching
But I’m enjoying every thread of it
And yes, when I’m lazy, I stitch :dizzy: Ironic.
Okay, goodnight, I’m gone now. ZZzzz
