Magandang Gabi!
Last month, nag try akong i-level up ang workout ko. Usually kasi mga once a week lang ako nag eexercise, pero nag try ako na gawing 3x a week.

First two weeks of February hindi ako nakapag workout pero ung arms and hita ko ay firm pa rin, dati kasi kahit 1 week lang without exercise bumabalik na ung arms ko sa pagiging flabby. My last workout was February 17, and see the results:
Akala ko walang nangyayari sa abs ko eh, gusto ko nang itapon ung ab roller! Pero dahil hate ko talaga ang situps/crunches, mas gugustuhin ko na lang mag ab roller, dahil mas enjoy talaga siyang gawin, hindi pa masakit sa leeg at likod. Pero ung lower tummy ko needs improvement pa rin.
