Have you guys seen Hanson’s new music video?! Thinkin’ Bout Something, their latest single, from the Shout It Out album to be released this June 8! I was laughing, giggling, dancing and I almost cried seeing my Hanson shaking their butts, it was crazy! Watch it here:

If you think that the video looks familiar, that you’ve seen it somewhere else, well let me refresh your minds. It’s from the movie “The Blues Brothers” starring John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd. It’s a very famous scene with Ray Charles, they performed “Shake Your Tail feather.” Hanson really loves this movie, they also have a cover for this song in their live album, The Road To Albertane. The video was filmed in Hanson’s hometown, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Greenwood Avenue was closed for one whole day just for the video shoot. Hundreds of fans participated, wearing their 70′s outfits! I wish that I was there, too!

Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas allegedly attacked Perez Hilton after the MuchMusic Awards, Sunday night in Toronto. The reason of the assault is still unknown. On his site, Perez Hilton.com, he even posted the event:

How can you actually think of tweeting if you are already bleeding? :dizzy: It would be last thing I’d ever do and it won’t even cross my mind, maybe plurk it – Still, NO :-S But I guess, I’m not like Perez Hilton But it’s good that Twitter helped him in getting the police fast with the help of his followers.

Last Monday, June 1, Air France Flight 447, with 228 people on board including a Filipino, was traveling from Brazil to France when it mysteriously disappeared over the Atlantic Ocean. I made my own representation of the accident, please don’t be bothered by the purple plane

The plane left Rio de Janiero, it was bound for Paris, but it never showed up. The plane was travelling through the ICTZ (Intertropical Convergence Zone) when it was caught up by thunderstorms and turbulence. ICTZ is a region of low pressure circling the Earth at the equator. The ICTZ is the birthplace of hurricanes and it’s also a well-known place where very strong storms develop. This is a scary place for an airplane :-S And let me show you what a true ICTZ looks like:

According to the news, the Air france, a 4-year old plane, has a sophisticated radar that can surpass any violent weather. But I think nature is really powerful than any machines made by man.

The search continues and with hopes there are survivors. And the latest update was that a pilot of the search and rescue team saw some fire debris somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean.

Today my sister came over the house, so my plans for this day were cancelled But I don’t mind, it was raining dragons and monsters the whole day and besides I think I miss her, too. (EEEWWW) Anyways, she bought me the Tinted Windows album! And she gave me a Max Factor Lasting Color Lipstick (Diva Fuchsia) weeeee!

Our grandparents would still remember Paraluman, Sigrid Sophia Agatha von Giese in real life, a great actress of the 1940′s, when Sampaguita Pictures was still making films. She’s one of the beautiful faces of her time. Paraluman is a Tagalog term for goddess, very suitable for her classic beauty. I’m not familiar with her movies, and haven’t seen one, but her name was popularized to the youth because of Eraserhead’s Ang Huling El Bimbo. I even thought she was a dancer, because of the music video :-S

Today is the Divine Mercy Sunday. During the time of Jesus’ revelations to Sister Mary Faustina on the Divine Mercy, He asked that a feast day be dedicated to the Divine Mercy and let it be celebrated on the Octave of Easter (the Sunday after Easter Sunday). My sister gave me a hansonized guitar pick! She bought it in Hanson.net. It’s a set of three guitar picks, with hanson’s signatures on it. I got the ikey pooh one, and she has plans of giving the other two to our hanson pals. She also bought the Middle of Nowhere Acoustic DVD/CD, and we watched it yesterday at their condo unit, after my appointment at the Medical City, their place is just a ride away. And of course, I dragged my boyfriend along, and besides he has no choice Love you bibi :).
